Zhou, male, Han nationality, from Ertang Village, Jingkou Town, Shapingba District, Chongqing, has a junior high school education. He was the producer of a series of gun robberies and murders in Su Xiangyu, and was a wanted criminal in the Ministry of Public Security. In August 2002, Kloc-0/2 was killed by the police at the age of 42.

Killing process

Appointed by Meng Jianzhu, then State Councilor and Minister of Public Security (later Member the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Secretary of the Central Political and Legal Committee), Zhang Xinfeng, Vice Minister of Public Security, made a special trip to Chongqing to take command.
