Chen Hong is a professor in the Information Foreign Military Teaching and Research Section of the Operational Command Department of the Air Force Command College, an Air Force senior colonel (full-time teacher post), and the first batch of high-level scientific and technological talents of the Air Force; Won the "Silver Award" and "Gold Award" for teaching and educating people in military academies, and was elected as a director of the China World War II Historical Society twice; He was hired as a special military commentator by CCTV and China People's Broadcasting Station. Over the years, he has produced more than 500 military programs for various TV and radio media.
Main research interests: weapons and equipment, strategies and tactics of major foreign and regional air forces such as the US Air Force, the Russian Air Force, the Indian Air Force, the Korean Air Force and the Japanese Air Force. He has written 6 monographs, 6 teaching materials and more than 300 academic articles, and has high attainments in foreign military art teaching and research.
