What does qs mean?
Qs is the abbreviation of Enterprise Production License (Ye Qi Food Production Tsui Hark).

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Industrial Products Production License (Order No.20 14 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine 156), and the symbol of the production license consists of the Chinese initials "QS" and "Production License". The main color of the logo is blue, the letters "Q" and "Production License" are blue, and the letter "S" is white.

Prescribed history

On September 1 2005, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (No.79) promulgated the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Quality and Safety Supervision and Management of Food Production and Processing Enterprises (for Trial Implementation). The Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Quality and Safety of Food Production and Processing Enterprises issued by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on July 6, 2003 shall be abolished at the same time.
