After you graduate from Monash University, you can of course apply to Cambridge University, but all applications are the same as those of domestic students. In addition to IELTS, they must have a recommendation letter from their tutor. Your personal statement is key. If your average score reaches HD, above 85, you can try it. Then you go to Cambridge to find a tutor and see if they are willing to accept you. You have published internationally influential papers before.
