Amber Township is located at the northwest end of Maiji District, at the junction of Maiji District, Qinzhou District and Liu Feng Town of Gangu County, along the Weihe River, with Baolan Second Line and Beigan Highway running through it. The hometown of amber has a profound cultural background, outstanding people and numerous scholars, including Professor Huo of Shaanxi Normal University, Professor Ma Jiantai of China Agricultural University and Professor of Lanzhou University. In Huojiachuan village, there is even a rural scholar, Huo Xiaoxian, whose cultural background exceeds that of the so-called professor of Chinese studies. Cultural landscape, including Luojiacun site, Shengjing Temple and Baochi Anguan site, is a rare cultural heritage. The Township People's Government and Township Health Center are located in Luojia Village, and Amber Junior Middle School is located in Huojiachuan Village.
