3+ certificate can go to undergraduate course. Because the 3+ certificate is an examination for ordinary full-time secondary vocational education technical high school students in ordinary full-time higher vocational colleges in China, secondary vocational students first enter the full-time unified recruitment colleges through the 3+ certificate. If they want to take the undergraduate course, they need to take the college entrance examination to enter the undergraduate course.

Undergraduate qualifications:

1, basic conditions

People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, regardless of gender, age, nationality, race, education, health status, residence and other restrictions (not limited to household registration, can apply for graduation from other places), can sign up for the examination at the time and place designated by the provincial self-study examination institutions. For majors with special requirements, candidates must register in accordance with relevant regulations.

2. Self-taught undergraduate course

In addition to meeting the basic requirements, candidates must also submit the original diploma of junior college or above recognized by the state when applying for the undergraduate diploma, otherwise the undergraduate diploma will not be issued. You can apply for the undergraduate course at the same time as you apply for the self-taught college entrance examination, but you must obtain the diploma of the college before you can apply for the undergraduate course graduation.
