How should we treat learning in two extremely polarized environments: puttling and involution?
In today's society, in an era of serious polarization between profligacy and involution, I believe that many college students, like me before, are confused about what kind of mentality college students should treat life and study.

In real life, who is the most powerful in the corresponding struggle of carpe diem and involution?

Next, I will share with you how I treat my college life-I don't need to participate, I can't lie flat.

First of all, we must recognize the reality: we must find a balance point.

Many college students live a 45-degree life because they can't roll and lie flat. The so-called 45 degrees is hovering between involution and crushing.

The reality is that if you don't roll in, you will be rolled up, and if you roll in too much, you will form self-friction. Our urgent task is to find a balance between corruption and involution.

Qi Fang, one of my favorite up owners, once said: It seems difficult to live beautifully with extreme attitude.

We don't have to choose between the two. There must be a point between decay and involution that suits the rhythm of college students.

As the book "Relaxation" says: Only by relaxing can we go further.

Second, you don't have to get rid of involution, but you have to conquer it.

1. Don't compare with others.

The essence of involution is competition. Always compare with others, in fact, our biggest competitor is always ourselves. Don't care too much about winning or losing with others, but pay more attention to your own growth!

As Fudan University professor said: We don't pursue success, we only pursue growth!

2. In his position, find his position.

Seriously do what you are doing now. For example, if you are a student, don't compare your income with those who work. If you are a migrant worker, don't compare the quality of life with the rich second generation.

When I first entered the university life, I envied my brothers and sisters who had already worked and earned their own income, and also envied my friends who were rich at home and had a high quality of life. Then I really wanted to make money and delayed some studies. I didn't make much money in the end.

Fortunately, I woke up in time and didn't roll myself. Do your own thing in your post, not roll yourself up.

3. Do what you are good at and like.

Do what you are good at, that is to say, do what you can do well and find your own advantages.

In the past, rolling around in areas where you are not good at, the ending is often unsatisfactory, which will seriously hit your self-confidence. Later, when I try to do what I am good at, I will find myself confident and happy. The competition is not so fierce, which greatly reduces the pressure of internal examination.

Doing what we are good at, what we like will make us happier, and the subjects and jobs we love will greatly improve our sense of happiness.

Number two: don't mess around.

1. Improve yourself and keep learning.

In my opinion, the only way to stop anxiety is to take action. Anxiety and anxiety are all due to their failure to meet expectations.

After the college entrance examination, many students around me took revenge. Of course, there was a time when I was also very playful. During that time, I often worried about my future with my friends at night.

And the only way we can solve it is to learn quickly and improve ourselves.

2. Have a clear goal and direction.

Be sure to find your own goals and directions. The first task to stop lying flat is to find your goal, understand your heart and make your life clearer.
