Li Shufen, female, born in July, 1966, graduated from the Department of Education of Hebei University with a bachelor's degree in school education, and graduated from Hebei Normal University with a postgraduate degree in education management. Senior middle school teachers, special-grade teachers in Hebei Province, national backbone teachers, and the first batch of provincial backbone teachers in the cross-century gardener project in Hebei Province.

Li Shufen was awarded the honorary titles of "Excellent Teacher", "Excellent Educator" and "Educational Expert with Outstanding Contributions" in Zhangjiakou City. He is currently the principal of Zhangjiakou No.9 Middle School.
