Report on College Students' Summer Social Practice in Rural Areas 1
Social practice report of college students going to the countryside in summer vacation
On July 22nd, a delegation 14 from the summer social practice group of the Engineering College of our college came to Zhoujia Village, Cuijiaji Town, pingdu city to carry out the social practice activities of college students "going to the countryside". During the five days in Zhoujia Village, we carried out many activities, such as gathering with primary school students, talking with local youth, volunteering to help primary school students with their homework, and going deep into the investigation and research among farmers. In the countryside, we have learned a lot that books can't, and at the same time we have seen some problems. This is the first time that our college students are so keen on rural issues and think deeply about them. Among them, what everyone is most concerned about and discussing is the development of rural economy.
2 1 century, China began to implement the third-step strategic deployment, build a well-off society in an all-round way and speed up the modernization process, which will put forward higher requirements for agriculture. Whether the economic structure of China can be smoothly adjusted and whether the national economy can develop faster and better depends largely on whether the agricultural foundation is stable. Only by strengthening the agricultural foundation and ensuring the supply of agricultural products can industrialization and urbanization be smoothly promoted; Only by strengthening the agricultural foundation and opening the agricultural market can we support the rapid growth of the national economy.
Agricultural benefits and farmers' income are not only related to rural reform, development and stability, but also to the overall situation of national economic and social development. The outline of the Tenth Five-Year Plan puts forward that we must attach great importance to the issue of farmers' income, and take doing everything possible to increase farmers' income as the basic goal of doing a good job in agriculture and rural work in the new stage and promoting agricultural and rural economic restructuring.
"Eating by the weather" is the only means of livelihood for generations of farmers in China for thousands of years. However, with the development of the times, this method has obviously failed to meet the needs of the times. After agricultural development enters a new stage, agricultural production
Due to the double constraints of resources and market, the market risk increases. Under the background of economic globalization, China agriculture will face greater competitive pressure. According to comrade * * *? Quot Under the guidance of "Theory of Three Represents" thought, the "two committees" of Zhou Jiacun made a big fuss about adjusting the economic structure of agriculture and rural areas and broadening the fields of increasing farmers' income by increasing agricultural efficiency. Attracting foreign investment and introducing foreign advanced technology led the whole village to the road of becoming rich. In the case of changes in the relationship between product supply and demand and intensified market competition, it is necessary to adjust the variety structure of agricultural products, face the market, rely on science and technology, further strengthen the introduction, breeding, breeding and popularization of high-quality varieties, eliminate and compress inferior varieties as soon as possible, comprehensively optimize the variety structure of crops, and develop high-quality, high-yield and efficient planting. They contacted South Korean cultivated peppers and watermelons for the villagers. Pepper is 2000 yuan/mu, watermelon is 4000 yuan/mu, zucchini is 5000 yuan/mu, and there are 5000 persimmon trees around the village, each with an income of more than 200 yuan and an annual per capita income of 3800 yuan. Although such great achievements have been made, the two village committees are not complacent. They clearly know that "the land has been planted like this. If you want to develop the rural economy again, you still have to find a way to get on the project. " I think that in order to broaden the fields of increasing agricultural efficiency and farmers' income, we must find ways in the following three points:
(A) the development of agricultural social services
Encourage farmers' service organizations to innovate, cultivate brokers, strengthen the construction of agricultural quality standard system, agricultural product quality testing system and market information system, accelerate the formulation or revision of agricultural industry standards and important agricultural product quality standards, promote the adoption of international standards, and create a number of agricultural product standardized production demonstration bases. Strengthen the construction of rural market system, build or expand a number of wholesale markets for agricultural and sideline products and markets for factors such as science and technology and labor services in a planned way, do a good job in agricultural services, vigorously promote excellent varieties, and guide farmers to develop high-quality and efficient economic crops; Do a good job in farmers' science and technology education and training, organize technical personnel to go deep into farmers, and provide technical guidance and services to farmers in a timely manner.
(2) Vigorously promote the industrialized operation of agriculture.
Agricultural industrialization management is to promote scale operation and agricultural modernization on the basis of adhering to household contract management.
Effective ways are also an important driving force for accelerating the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure.
1, encourage companies and farmers, contract farming and other forms. We will adopt preferential policies such as finance, taxation and credit to support the development of key leading enterprises. Provide good information, technology and financial services for leading enterprises, support leading enterprises to build agricultural products production, processing and export bases, introduce, develop and popularize new varieties and technologies, support agricultural products processing enterprises, sales enterprises and scientific research units to drive farmers to enter the market, and form an operating mechanism with farmers to enjoy benefits and bear risks. Rationally adjust the regional layout of agricultural production, develop characteristic agriculture, and form a large-scale and specialized production pattern. Promote agricultural mechanization, improve labor productivity and reduce the production cost of agricultural products.
2. Improve the processing level and efficiency of agricultural products. The transformation of agricultural products is mainly to develop animal husbandry and aquaculture. At present, the level of agricultural products processing industry in China is still very low. Using high technology and deep processing of primary products can also provide an extremely broad market space for the growth of agricultural products. It is necessary to speed up the introduction and development of processing technologies and equipment for agricultural products, develop industries such as sales, storage, transportation and preservation of agricultural products, actively promote the transformation and processing of primary agricultural products, continuously develop famous, excellent, special and new varieties, and do a good job in breeding improved varieties.
3. Open wider to the outside world and develop foreign exchange-earning agriculture. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, China will join the WTO. We should take this opportunity to introduce foreign capital, advanced technology and management experience by all means to promote the structural adjustment, optimization and upgrading of agricultural products in China. We will build a base for earning foreign exchange by exporting agricultural products, focusing on supporting and expanding the export of labor-intensive industries such as livestock and poultry, aquatic products, fruits, vegetables, flowers and their processed products, specialty products and organic foods. Organize labor export in a planned way and participate in foreign agricultural development and water conservancy project contracting.
(3) Actively and orderly transfer rural surplus labor.
Promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor from planting to diversified businesses, township enterprises and small towns is the only way to improve agricultural labor productivity, and it is also an objective need to make full use of the rich rural labor resources and increase farmers' income through multiple channels.
1, March to the depth and breadth of agriculture. Guide farmers to engage in more non-agricultural industries, focus on the development of agricultural and sideline products processing, storage, preservation, transportation and marketing, accelerate the transformation of traditional industries, and actively develop labor-intensive industries such as commerce, transportation, catering and tourism.
2, the development of individual and private enterprises and township enterprises. By deepening the reform, perfecting the mechanism, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of investors and operators, guiding township enterprises to speed up the adjustment of industrial and product structure, speeding up scientific and technological progress and institutional innovation, actively developing high-tech industries and famous, excellent, special and new products, speeding up the transfer of rural surplus labor force, and improving the scientific and technological level and competitiveness of township enterprises.
3. Accelerate the development of small towns. Small towns are the base of transferring farmers and the carrier of secondary and tertiary industries, which has a strong driving effect on increasing farmers' income. We will selectively cultivate a number of key market towns, strive to make breakthroughs in the reform of urban investment system and land use system, and make small towns an important growth point for rural economic development.
4, encourage, support and organize farmers to carry out labor export. Take various forms and channels to organize rural surplus labor to work and do business in big cities and coastal open cities, and accelerate the transfer of rural labor to non-agricultural industries.
Although the activity of "going to the countryside" has long since ended, it has left us with a lot of thoughts, and made us "reading sage books" begin to care about "things outside the window". It always reminds us that there are still many problems of one kind or another in the vast rural areas where more than 900 million farmers live. The economy there is not developed enough and the political system there is not perfect enough. It is very necessary for us college students to contribute to the prosperity of the motherland, the overall improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of rural economy!
Report on College Students' Social Practice in Rural Summer II
Students' expectation, school's suggestion and society's hope-every summer vacation in our school, a group of students will go to relatively poor areas for "three rural areas" practice activities. For me, I am willing to give up enjoying a happy summer vacation, pack my bags, embark on a journey with my teammates, go to the countryside, experience life and get tired again. After all, this is a rare opportunity to grow up, to increase my knowledge and learn things that books can't. It is an honor to join Huilai Group, a big team and a big family. This is a warm home. During the practice, everyone enjoys a warm atmosphere.
On July 10, under the care of the college leaders and the support of the Youth League Committee, we packed our bags and embarked on the journey of "going to the countryside", feeling a long way to go. Practice has proved that we have carried forward the wisdom, morality and love of Guangdong University of Technology students in this process.
In this activity, I contacted a lot and felt a lot. I think this will be one of the most important treasures in my life-I feel very happy! Let me talk about my wealth classification first:
One: Who am I and what is life?
After this "three rural areas", I understand that hard work is the foundation of success, and persistence is victory. As long as you persist, there is no gap that you can't cross. Learning is like this, so is life. Diligence is a topic that can never be erased. Diligence is one of the basic excellent qualities that a person, especially a young person, should possess. From the perspective of real life, those who are valued by leaders, respected by colleagues and made great progress in their careers are those who are practical and conscientious. In fact, every post can exercise people. The more grass-roots people are, the more things they contact and the more experience they accumulate, and the faster their intelligence and ability will improve. When many successful people talk about their own growth experiences, they all think that the hard environment at the grassroots level has honed themselves. And our practice this time is just in line with the direction and requirements in this regard-I have re-recognized myself and I still need to work hard. I think patience will definitely bring me success.
Moreover, what is life? It can actually drive people to overcome many difficulties, stick to themselves and serve others.
What is a person living for? What is the value of life? It can be said that these problems are difficult problems that plague everyone in different periods of his life, and no one can escape. Before, I thought I should live with money, because the idea that there is nothing wrong with being sick and having no money is deeply rooted in my mind. Driven by this misconception, I am ambivalent on many issues, such as how to exchange feelings with money of a value scale. When I was in social practice, I met an uncle who had only one granddaughter-she picked it up. He insists on farming every day-although his income is not high, he insists on it for his granddaughter. Later, I understood that the unique feelings of human beings, which have been developed to the extreme, are priceless. I can't give you any material compensation when I am sick. However, everyone still takes care of me and cares about me. Emotions are not used for mutual exchange, but for mutual support and giving!
Two: Growth is accompanied by poverty, and poverty is the backbone of growth.
For poverty, an excellent person is often fearless; However, in the face of success, they often lose their way. It is easy for them to get through difficult times, because at that time they had no choice but to move forward; However, in the face of all the success, they were unprepared and immediately fell into confusion. In fact, whether a person has a successful career has nothing to do with poverty. Andersen, the master of fairy tales, is the son of a shoemaker. Poverty didn't crush him, but it made him achieve his career. Van Gogh, a world famous painter, is a poor man who can't even marry his wife. There are creaking wooden beds and cracked leather shoes in his former residence, which may be so incompatible with his achievements. There are countless such examples in life. Some of them became generals and leaders, wealthy businessmen and scholars, literary giants or famous artists. They will not be intimidated by natural poverty, nor will they be confused by lack of knowledge. On the contrary, they persistently pursue their own ideals and eventually succeed.
Three: the gap
You are here, I am there, this is the gap; The road is ahead and the car is behind, which is the gap; Gap is the driving force, ecstasy …, it depends on people. I have always believed that productism can never be realized. Because the prominent feature of capitalism is "the same everywhere", classes without gaps will decline, and there will be no light without darkness. Students in Xipu Primary School have a hard life, but I think their parents must strictly urge them to study hard and make efforts for the development of their families and villages!
Report on College Students' Social Practice in Rural Summer 3
July1March-July 20th, I participated in this significant activity as an ordinary member of the summer vacation "three rural" social service team of the Entrepreneurship Association. In this process, I saw a lot, heard a lot and felt a lot.
The service project I participated in was an interest class. When we first arrived at the service destination-Yongning No.6 Middle School, the school had already had a holiday, and attracting interested class students became the primary task. At first, posters were posted in the center of Datang Town, the market and the entrance of Yongning Sixth Lieutenant Colonel through poster propaganda, and the effect was not obvious. We changed our strategy and went deep into the streets of Datang Town to publicize our interest classes, and finally we had a gratified smile. Many children signed up actively, and parents gave us a favorable look at our work.
It is very important for students to pass on my knowledge to our students. In the evening, the members of our interest class discussed the curriculum plan through discussion: focusing on students' safety, with special emphasis on students' cooperation, English, physical education and other specialties. Try to teach students as much knowledge as possible in a short time and improve their comprehensive ability.
In the teaching of composition class, students are mainly trained to use various rhetorical methods to make the language more emotional and infectious. Show your thoughts and feelings more vividly. Training methods: teach students to use metaphor, parallelism, exaggeration and personification, and learn to use them reasonably.
In English teaching, the main training is the use of daily language, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. Training method: Let students learn common words and greetings in a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere, and express them in pictures that students like, so that they can speak simple sentences fluently.
In physical education class's teaching, students are mainly trained in some basic movements in sports, and these movements are applied to sports to achieve correct sports and fitness activities. Training method: Teach some steps and movements such as basketball and table tennis. In the process of offering half interest, our safety has been placed in an extremely important position. Because most of the students enrolled are primary school students, they are lively and lovely, but they are also very naughty, especially some boys, so they must be managed effectively. In order to achieve the principle of being responsible to the parents of students. We specially sent a patrol to the campus to prevent students from running around in case of accidents.
In this "three rural areas" activity, I mainly participated in the teaching of interest classes. But in order to know more about the countryside, I also took part in a one-day rural survey.
In the second year 18, our team members re-adjusted their jobs, and some players who participated in the interest class and the players of the research team exchanged their jobs. I joined the research group with several team members. Our destination is Tanyu Village in Datang Town, about four or five kilometers away from the town center. We adopted the method of walking. Only in this way can we better understand the hardships. After arriving at the destination, we went to the village head's home to interview him and learned about the general situation of the village, including population, villagers' income, economic sources, crop planting types, and the basic family situation of some poor students. From the introduction of the village chief, we got a general understanding of Tanyu Village. There are several main points: first, the economic crops planted are single, only rice, corn, peanuts and other varieties with low economic value; Second, the region is relatively short of water; Third, communication means and information dissemination are relatively backward. After visiting the village head, we also went to the home of a poor student introduced by the village head. What we saw made us bitter and sad. Four people are crowded in a room. It is impossible for all eight of us to go in, but only four people can go in and the rest can only stay outside. Kerry's decoration is extremely simple. But the most striking thing is that what is touching is the outstanding students, student cadres and certificates of excellent academic performance on that wall. Let our team members be extremely moved.
What we saw on this day's inspection made us feel heavy, and also contained the responsibility and pressure that we felt we had to help them.
A week's "three rural areas" activities, there are joys and tears, but more is to understand our responsibilities. The responsibility of caring for others and serving the society will guide our future life path.
