Emphasis is placed on training master students, with four departments: electronic information engineering, mechanical and vehicle engineering, economy and management, and law. The department of electronic information engineering includes control theory and control engineering, signal and information processing. The Department of Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering consists of mechanical manufacturing, automation and vehicle engineering. The law school has majors in economic law, international law and intellectual property law.
