Shanghai University of Finance and Economics is a double-class, 2 1 1, national key and excellent law university with a postgraduate degree, which is highly recognized by college entrance examination students in Shanghai and even the whole country. 1932 was renamed as National Shanghai Business School, and 1985 was renamed as Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

As of May 2023, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics covers an area of 826 mu and has three campuses, namely, the main campus, Zhongshan Beiyi Road Campus and Kunshan Road Campus, with 26 majors.
