Kunming Metro higher education mega center south and Kunming South Station are not the same station. Kunming Metro is the South Station of Metro Line 4 in University Town, and Kunming South Station refers to Kunming South high-speed railway station. Kunming, also known as Spring City, is a prefecture-level city, provincial capital, megacity and central city in central Yunnan, one of the important central cities in western China approved by the State Council, and an important tourist and commercial city in China.
