Nowadays, papers are often used to refer to articles that conduct research in various academic fields and describe academic research results, which are referred to as papers for short. It is not only a means to discuss problems in academic research, but also a tool to describe academic research results in academic exchanges. The following is my paper on students' internet addiction, welcome to share.
Students' Internet Addiction Thesis 1 1. Analysis of the Causes of Internet Addiction among College Students
(A) students' own reasons
Students set lofty ideals by themselves. Ideal, as a belief, can support people to fight for this belief. If we reflect every day and adjust our course immediately, we won't lose ourselves. Ideals will generate great impetus. Without a clear ideal, students will lack the motivation to study and live. A small number of college students just lack the support of lofty ideals. People seem to be in a daze all day, have no clear learning goals, have no interest in learning, and finally can only send their hearts and surf the Internet, leading to internet addiction.
The influence of students' own personality factors. Internet is just the external stimulus of Internet addiction. Those students who are introverted, like to be alone, withdrawn, sensitive and inferior are more likely to get addicted to the Internet. At the same time, those students who have too strong self-awareness, unrealistic ideals or lack strong willpower and self-restraint ability are also easy to find sustenance in cyberspace and indulge in the network.
There are also some students who have the wrong idea that they can enjoy themselves after being admitted to the university. It is precisely because of this misconception that they tend to be too relaxed after the college entrance examination, resulting in a relaxed mentality, which is particularly easy to indulge in the internet.
There are also some students who have a self-destructive mentality because of academic or emotional blows. These students feel that it is difficult for them to win in the employment competition, that they are short of time, under too much pressure and lose confidence in themselves. In the end, I can only escape from reality on the internet to get a sense of accomplishment.
(B) the impact of external factors
The network itself has a powerful "magic". Because of the openness of the network, the communication on the network can be carried out freely without the restrictions of national boundaries, gender and status. When communicating on the internet, it will make the internet users have great curiosity about the other party they are talking to, which will make the internet users want to know each other very much, especially those students with too rich imagination, and it is even more difficult to get rid of this temptation. At the same time, the online confidence is sufficient, students can get all kinds of information from the internet, and finally it is difficult to control themselves and even become addicted.
The influence from the group. Good group atmosphere can correctly guide individual behavior, and vice versa. Excessive use of the Internet often presents a "small group" phenomenon among college students. The reason for this phenomenon is that college students have a sense of belonging and need to be recognized by the group. This "conformity" phenomenon weakens students' individual judgment ability and self-awareness to a certain extent, which leads to the phenomenon of excessive internet access.
Influence from family. There are many times when family factors are also an important reason why students are addicted to the internet. Parents' divorce or tension, the death of one or both parents, and parents' excessive doting may make students addicted to the internet and unable to extricate themselves.
Second, the prevention and treatment of Internet addiction among college students
(A) college students themselves
For college students themselves, it is necessary to form a good attitude to understand and solve problems. College students must cultivate their hobbies in peacetime. In this article, we can enrich our extracurricular life by reading extracurricular books, listening to music, participating in community activities, exercising, etc., and actively divert our attention, thus diluting the temptation from the internet. At the same time, students should develop their interest and attitude of loving and learning the selected professional knowledge. We should also actively communicate with others, live in harmony and constantly improve our interpersonal relationships. College students themselves must know why they want to surf the Internet. When surfing the Internet, you must plan reasonably, manage your online time well, learn to say "no" to things that will distract you, concentrate on completing tasks, and improve the efficiency of time utilization. College students should cultivate positive, healthy and upward emotions by themselves. If you encounter psychological problems, you should actively carry out psychological counseling and get the correct coping plan from the psychologist.
(2) school.
Schools should actively carry out all kinds of network education, so that college students can establish a correct network concept, understand the nature of the network, and improve their ability to choose and distinguish network resources. Let them understand that the internet should not be a pastime tool to escape from real life problems or negative emotions. At the same time, the school should also actively carry out psychological health counseling services for college students. Schools can set up special psychological service centers, strengthen psychological counseling and help for students who have become addicted, and open psychological counseling hotlines related to "Internet addiction". At the same time, schools should also carry out a variety of campus cultural activities. Through colorful extracurricular activities, students can cultivate good hobbies and prevent Internet addiction.
(3) family.
Students' families should actively communicate with the school to keep abreast of the students' school situation. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen spiritual communication with students, reduce the gap between them, and let students feel the care from their families psychologically. Parents should communicate with their children equally, create a relaxed environment for students, take the initiative to ask students about their recent life and study, and at the same time understand some network knowledge, and then influence students through their usual subtle concern.
Third, the conclusion
Internet addiction has become a psychological obstacle recognized by psychologists. It has a serious negative impact on the growth of college students. Therefore, the vast number of higher education workers should attach great importance to it and actively establish and improve a set of effective prevention and control measures for college students' Internet addiction. Only in this way can college students grow up healthily.
The network is like a double-edged sword, which brings great convenience to people's lives, but also brings negative effects, and a series of psychological problems such as internet addiction caused by the network also follow. Professor K.S. of the University of Pittsburgh in the United States put forward the definition of Internet addiction: "Internet surfing behavior is out of control on the spur of the moment under the action of specific addictive substances. The performance is that the excessive use of the Internet leads to the obvious impairment of individual social and psychological functions [1] ".201China Internet Information Center1The 27th statistical report on the development of China's Internet released in October shows that as of 201kloc-0/236544, The total number of netizens in China has increased to 457 million, with a high proportion of teenagers [2]. At present, the internet access rate of college students in China is almost 100%, and urban teenagers with internet addiction account for about 14. 1% of young netizens. Internet addiction has an impact on students' study, physical and mental health, moral awareness and interpersonal communication [3].

3 discussion
In 2065,438+00, Zhao Yanqing et al. conducted an investigation on Internet use and addiction among teenagers in 65,438+00 cities in Shaanxi Province. The results show that the Internet addiction rate of adolescents in Shaanxi Province is 12.5%[5]. The results of this study show that the Internet usage rate of college students in Yan 'an is 100%, and the Internet addiction rate is 19.47%. It's 8 o'clock. 35% higher than that reported by Li Zhijian and others. The internet addiction rate of medical students in this study is 265,438+0.665,438+0%, which is higher than that of medical students in military hospitals studied by Dai Qin and five universities. 7% of medical students in a university in Dalian. The Internet addiction rate of college students in Yan 'an is relatively high.
Today, with the open mobile phone network and highly developed Internet, it is very convenient for students to use the Internet. In addition, students have poor self-control and weak awareness of self-protection. Most students choose virtual network to relieve stress, while medical students are more stressed than students of other majors.
The harm caused by internet addiction to college students' body and mind can not be ignored [3]. The evaluation of SCL -90 scale for college students in Yan 'an shows that the scores of all factors of internet addicts are higher than those of normal netizens, and the positive detection rate of all factors is also higher than that of normal netizens, which is consistent with relevant research reports [9]. Medical students are more significant, indicating that the mental health level of college students with Internet addiction in Yan 'an is low. The top five positive cases are obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoia, mental illness and hostility. This may be because Internet addicts are tempted by the Internet on the one hand and want to learn professional knowledge on the other, so they are in contradiction, suffer from double suffering and are more prone to psychological problems. Living in virtual space for a long time will reduce the communication with real life, and eventually will produce obstacles, impulses and even hostility in communication.
The results of SAS survey of college students in Yan 'an City show that the scores of internet addicts are more than 5 points higher than those of normal users, with an average score of more than 45 points. The positive rate of anxiety among internet addicts was 27. 57% (non-medical students) and 30. 5 1% (medical students), which is higher than those who use the internet normally and much higher than 16. 3%[ 10] Hu Cunming's Study on Depression and Anxiety of College Students' Internet Behavior. These students may be nervous and accompanied by anxiety.
The SDS evaluation of college students in Yan 'an shows that among non-medical and medical students, the scores of internet addicts are higher than those of normal internet users. There is no difference in the detection rate of depression between non-medical students with Internet addiction and those with normal Internet use (P > 0). 05), most Internet addicts have moderate depression (44. 4%); The prevalence rate of depression among internet addicts among medical students was 6 1. 02%, much higher than normal netizens (19. 16%). The results are consistent with related reports. But lower than 14. 1%[ 10], which shows that these students who are addicted to the internet may feel depressed, self-abased, pessimistic, lonely, worried, lose interest in things, lose energy, feel depressed, be indifferent to the surrounding environment, lack interest in active social activities, and are unwilling to actively associate with others.
The evaluation results show that the mental health status of college students with Internet addiction in Yan 'an is poor, especially medical students, and there are many psychological hidden dangers, which will affect their academic development and personality improvement. School is the most important place to promote the healthy growth and harmonious development of students' body and mind. In school, we should first enrich campus life, enhance students' self-confidence and self-restraint ability, and reduce students' various pressures. Secondly, strengthen network knowledge education and guide students to use the network reasonably; Third, educate and intervene the students who are addicted to the Internet, help them get rid of their dependence on the Internet, lead a normal life, and let them have a healthy and bright future.
