College, and then what?
There are several kinds of universities, which are basically divided into undergraduate courses and junior colleges. Technical secondary schools and junior colleges are both junior colleges. The undergraduate course is divided into one and two (there are three in some places). Undergraduate course is better than junior college. After the undergraduate course, it is a graduate student, then a master, and a master is a doctor. Doctor is the highest degree. Postdoctoral students can also be promoted to postdoctoral students, but postdoctoral students are not degrees!
