College students can drink properly, and there will be no punishment for normal drinking. However, those who drink alcohol in public places, make trouble after drinking, or drink too much will be disqualified from appraising and judging first in this academic year, and may not participate in various scholarship competitions. If it is a military school or a public security college, then if the school explicitly prohibits drinking. If you are drunk, you will be punished accordingly.
