Introduction to Northwest University Northwest University was founded in 1902. It was founded by Zhu Pi, Emperor Guangxu in the late Qing Dynasty, and is located in Xi 'an, the ancient capital. It was selected into "11/plan", "National Innovative Experiment Plan for College Students" and "National Postgraduate High-level University Construction Project". It is one of the central and western universities' basic capacity-building engineering universities, the Sino-Japanese University Humanities Exchange Alliance, the key construction institutions of the national "one province, one school" plan, one of the member universities of New Silk Road University Alliance and Chang 'an Alliance, and one of the first universities in China.
Northwest University was founded in 1902 Shaanxi University Hall and Shi Jing University Hall. 19 12 is called Northwest University. 1923 changed to National Northwest University. 1937, the National Peking University, Beiping Normal University, Beiyang Institute of Technology and Beiping Research Institute, which moved westward to Shaanxi, formed the National xi 'an Temporary University. 1938 was renamed as National Northwest United University, and 1939 was renamed as National Northwest University. After the founding of New China, it is a comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education. 1950 changed its name to Northwest University. 1958 transferred to the director of Shaanxi province. 1978 was identified as a national key university.
