The Business School of Northeast Normal University was established in February 2004. It is one of two independent colleges based on the former International Business School. The college consists of four departments, namely, business administration department, marketing department, human resource management department and accounting department; There are management consulting and research centers, foreign exchange centers, correspondence teaching centers and self-taught aid centers. Professor Anya is the first party secretary of the college, and Professor Jin Xizhai is the first dean. The college has 44 faculty members and 38 teachers. Teacher series, 7 professors, 17 associate professors, 7 lecturers and 7 teaching assistants. Among them, 19 people have doctoral degrees and are studying for doctoral degrees, and 30 people have doctoral and master's degrees.

The college has three master's majors: business management, accounting and labor economics. Approved by the Ministry of Education, since 2005, the college has the enrollment right of MPA (employment and social security direction); Regional economics, Marxist theory and ideological and political education have the right to enroll doctoral students; In adult education, the college has two correspondence undergraduate majors: human resource management and accounting. In addition, the college has the right to participate in the self-study examination of undergraduate, junior college and human resource management majors; In terms of international exchange, the College has maintained extensive academic exchanges and international student exchanges with well-known universities such as Kanazawa University, Yi Xue University in Tokyo and Hony University in Korea. All undergraduate and master's majors in the college are eligible to recruit qualified foreign students.

Over the past three years, more than 200 academic papers have been published, including 4 domestic first-class journals and foreign authoritative journals; Published 3 academic monographs and 4 textbooks/kloc-0; The college undertakes 26 vertical projects at all levels, including national 1, provincial/ministerial 13, 3 horizontal scientific research projects and 9 school-level projects.
