Section 1 Overview of Buildings
The newly-built teaching building consists of two parts: the main teaching building on the underground 1 floor, the main teaching building on the ground 10 floor (area 1) and the four-story ladder classroom (area 2) with six floors locally. The total construction area is 173 19.4m2, of which the basement construction area is 1346.42m2, with a height of 4.5m, mainly for equipment rooms and civil air defense rooms. The building area of the above-ground part is 15973.08m2, the plane size of the first area is 70m× 16.4m, the height of the first floor is 4.2m, the height of the 2- 10 floor is 3.6m, and there are two elevators in the center of the main building. The plane size of the second area is 24.6m× 39.7m, the height of the first and second floors is 5.4m, the height of the third floor is 4.4m, the height of the fourth floor is 5.03m, and the total building height is 42.9m. 。
The exterior wall of the main building adopts advanced exterior wall coating, and white plastic aluminum plate and glass curtain wall are used locally. The interior walls are all latex paint except the paving bricks in the bathroom and boiling water room. Ceiling of toilet and boiled water room is cement mortar ceiling, ceiling of corridor, office, conference room, fire control room, computer room, basement and lecture hall on floor 9- 10 is light steel T-shaped keel gypsum board ceiling, and the rest is latex paint. Anti-skid floor tiles are laid in bathrooms and boiling water rooms, corridors on floors 9 to 10, floor tiles are laid in offices, conference rooms and lecture halls, anti-static raised floors are laid in computer classrooms, cement floors are laid in fire control rooms, cement mortar floors are laid in basements, and the rest are terrazzo floors.
Doors mainly include glass spring doors, wooden doors, fire doors, fire shutters, explosion-proof doors and sealed doors.
The window is made of aluminum alloy, and the glass curtain wall is made of heat reflective coated float glass (blue).
The waterproof grade of the roof of this project is Grade II, the durability of the waterproof layer is 15 years, and the waterproof material is polymer SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane. The waterproof level of basement is Grade I, and the durability of waterproof layer is 25 years. Self-waterproofing of wall and ground, reinforced concrete structure, SBS modified asphalt coiled material.
General situation of structure in the second quarter
The main building foundation of this project is cast-in-place reinforced concrete raft foundation, and the podium foundation is cast-in-place reinforced concrete independent foundation. The bearing stratum of the main workshop foundation is clay stratum, fk=380kpa. The air defense basement is reinforced concrete structure, and the seismic grade is 6. The basement floor is 500mm thick, the side wall is 300mm thick and the roof is 250mm thick. The maximum section of foundation beam is 600× 1500. The seismic joint is set between Zone I and Zone II, and the joint width is100 mm.. Between 07 and 08 towers, a post-cast strip with a width of 1000mm is set. The strength grade of basement concrete is C40.
The main body of Area I and Area II is cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, and the floor is cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab.
Classification of concrete strength of main structure: C40 when the concrete strength of beams, slabs and columns is 4.5m ~1.0m, C35 when1.4m ~ 22.2m, and C30 when 22.2m~42.9m.
The wall is made of fly ash aerated concrete block, the outer wall is 250 thick, the inner partition wall is 200 thick, and the partition wall of toilet and tube well is locally made of sintered porous brick 120 thick.
The roof of the conference hall in the second district adopts the grid structure with regular quadrangular pyramid bolt joints.
Section III Overview of Installation Works
The installation part of this project includes indoor and outdoor water supply and drainage and pipeline installation works; Electrical system installation project; Installation project of weak current system.
