There are 25 faculty members in the college, including professional technicians 19, 4 full-time senior titles, 2 associate senior titles, 5 doctoral teachers, 6 master's degree teachers, "blue project" students in Jiangsu province 1 person, "333 project" (the third level) students in Jiangsu province, and 6544 medical talents in Jiangsu province. The college now has a number of advanced imported precision instruments and equipment, such as high performance liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, thin-layer scanner, planetary grinder, laser particle size analyzer, spray drier, freeze dryer, high-pressure homogenizer, infrared spectrophotometer and ultraviolet spectrophotometer, which provide good conditions for teaching and scientific research in the college.
