Generally speaking, most universities are universities directly under the Ministry of "2 1 1 Project", or 985 universities, and they are also the first universities admitted to the college entrance examination. One is a "public" university with a four-year academic system. Diploma and degree certificate are the same, but several copies are not marked, only indicating that they are undergraduates, and they all have their own printed academic certificates in the name of the university.
Compared with one university, the two universities are mostly provincial universities or non-"2 1 1 engineering" universities, which are the second batch of universities admitted to the college entrance examination. There is still a certain gap between the two in terms of teachers and hardware facilities. But only a few students can be admitted to one university, and most students can only be admitted to two colleges.
The three universities mainly refer to "independent colleges and universities" and are "public and private" universities. At present, most provinces have cancelled the enrollment of three colleges and universities, so now all three colleges and universities have become independent institutions. Compared with a university, there is no essential difference between the two universities, and the academic system is four years. However, the tuition fees of three universities are relatively expensive, generally ranging from 1000 to 30000, while the tuition fees of one university and two universities are generally around 5000 to 6000. Usually it is several times the tuition fee of one or two universities.

A college is generally a 985 Project /2 1 1 project/some high-level provincial key projects, provincial * * * construction, and a small 2 1 1 engineering college, which enjoys all aspects of care and cultivates elite talents, and generally has strong teachers and scientific research strength.
The two universities are mainly provincial universities and ordinary public universities, and their comprehensive strength is usually lower than that of the first batch of universities enrolled in the national college entrance examination. Some universities with the highest comprehensive strength also enrolled students in the second batch of undergraduate courses in the national college entrance examination.
The first batch, the first batch, the second batch and the third batch of undergraduate courses belong to the same academic qualifications and have the same nature, all of which are undergraduate degrees. After graduation, students will be awarded undergraduate diplomas and bachelor's degree certificates. But it is essentially different from those junior college students. After graduating from a junior college, a diploma will be issued, but there is no degree certificate.
