Tianjin Foreign Studies University, referred to as "Tianjin Foreign Studies University" or "Tianwai", is located in Tianjin, China. It is a key university in Tianjin with a complete range of foreign languages and the coordinated development of literature, economics, management, law, teaching, arts and engineering. It is also the receiving institution of China Municipal Government's scholarship for international students in China.

The school has two campuses, Fifth Avenue and Binhai, with a total area of 4642 18.7 square meters. The three courtyards of Wudao Campus are located in Baba Road, Munan Road and Zhengzhou Road in Tianjin Historical and Cultural Tourism Zone. Binhai Campus is located in Dagang Higher Education Ecological Park in Binhai New Area, with beautiful scenery and beautiful lakes and mountains.
