According to the document "Management Measures for Undergraduates' Major Change in Henan Agricultural University" (No.8 of Political College [2065438]/KLOC-0), the work of undergraduates' major change has started, and relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Organizational structure

1. The school has set up a leading group for changing majors, which is composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, and is responsible for reviewing the proposed admission list and determining the official list.

2. Each college has set up a professional transfer working group, which is responsible for formulating the implementation plan, student registration, assessment and selection.

Third, the selection process and time

1. Student application: Students who apply for changing majors should fill in the Application Form for Changing Majors of Henan Agricultural University (attachment 1) carefully, and only one major can be filled in the application. On March 9th-1 1, submit the completed application form and relevant supporting materials to the current college office.

2. Review of transfer-out institutions: On March 12- 13, the professional transfer-in working group of each college completed the review of the students to be transferred out of institutions, signed and sealed them, and filled in the Summary of the List of Students to be Transferred out of Henan Agricultural University (Annex 2), at the latest on June/morning of kloc-0/4/kloc-0:.

3. Collection and summary by the Academic Affairs Office: Before March 14 17: 00, the Academic Affairs Office will transfer all materials to the receiving institutions.

4. Review by Receiving College: On March 15- 17, the working group of Receiving College organized the review of students to be transferred to our college, filled in the Summary Table of Students to be transferred to Henan Agricultural University (Annex 3), sent the electronic version to jwc@henau.edu.cn, signed and sealed it, and signed it on June 17.

5. School examination and approval: 18 On March 20th, the leading group of school transferring majors reviewed and approved the list of students transferring majors and related materials submitted by the college. After the examination and approval, the college will release the list of students changing majors, and students will go through the formalities of changing their school status.
