SM2: Senior two students are sent directly from China to study English for one year, and then enter the university according to the SM3 plan.
SM3: Some freshmen who just entered domestic universities came to Singapore after being selected by the Ministry of Education. Take an English class for a while before entering a local university. According to this project, all the tuition fees for English courses and four years' university for China students will be borne by the Singaporean government. In addition, the government also provides China scholarship students with 500 yuan's living expenses, 200 yuan's housing allowance and other miscellaneous expenses every month, provided that they must work in Singapore for six years after graduation, either in a sponsoring company of this project or in other registered companies in Singapore.
At present, this government scholarship program is sponsored by about six large companies, such as Singapore Airlines, Development Bank and Port Authority. They have the priority to choose the talents they need among the graduates of this scholarship. After the selection, other scholarship students can contact other local companies to work.
