Is it true that the more students in a certain major, the better?
There is a certain connection, but not necessarily. For example, civil engineering and chemical engineering in our school are national key disciplines, and these two schools are the largest in our school with the largest number of students. But there are very few people like China Language Institute and School of Administration, and I don't know anyone from these two schools. Enrollment mainly depends on the faculty and popularity of a hospital. If there are only four or five professors in a hospital, there is no way to recruit many students.
