University spirit has many qualities and functions such as group cohesion, value orientation, spiritual edification and cultural guidance. With invisible power, it profoundly affects the tangible existence and future. University spirit is a life belief, value pursuit, moral norms and way of thinking gradually formed in the practice of running a school under the dual influence of the law of running a school and the dominant culture of society.
Brief introduction of campus culture:
It is a unique cultural form created and formed by people to ensure the smooth progress of school education activities.
1. Campus culture can be divided into explicit and implicit aspects. In other words, "explicit culture" and "implicit culture" constitute the basic content of campus culture.
According to the definition, the dominant culture can be described directly through observation, which is direct, clear, concrete and intuitive. The hidden cultural elements in schools need repeated observation and proper abstraction, which is indirect, relatively vague and abstract.
Implicit culture is non-intuitive, but diffused in people's specific behaviors and communication relationships, and it is the general principle, attitude, emotional response and psychological tendency of people to deal with things. It does not exist independently, it is ubiquitous and has the characteristics of dispersion.
Secondly, according to different levels and standards, it can be subdivided into campus material culture, campus spiritual culture and campus institutional culture.

2. Campus spiritual culture

3. Campus institutional culture (normative culture)
Mainly refers to the organizational form, rules and regulations and role norms to ensure the operation of the campus. Including educational principles and policies, campus rules and regulations, management system, ethics, code of conduct, behavior orientation, ceremonies, festivals, public relations, cultural communication and so on.
