MBA interviews test political, oral, listening (good schools account for a little more than 25 points, different institutions have different requirements) and comprehensive ability. Politics is generally not scored, and most of the scores are in comprehensive ability. Comprehensive ability should know your personal quality, professional accomplishment, work background and so on. Famous schools have strict requirements for interviews, and the elimination rate is around 50%. The slightly better school elimination rate is 10%-20%. Generally, college interviews are just a formality. As long as you pass the written test, you can pass the interview.
