Personally, if you are not sure about this unit, it is better not to sign a tripartite agreement. If a tripartite agreement is signed, the file will be sent to the unit. If you leave, you need to be redistributed, which is very troublesome. It is better to return the files directly to the source of students, as long as it is proved that the talent market or personnel bureau where the students were born two years later will go to the right level.
