Understand the characteristics and functions of locksmith, master the basic performance of drilling and sawing, and understand other basic operating methods and basic knowledge and operation of assembly. Understand the processing principle and technology of cleaning machine.
This practice made us gradually realize the transformation from operation type to process analysis type, combining metalworking practice with production process; Taking the product processing process as the main line, all important processing stages from parts processing to parts assembly are completed, which increases the perceptual knowledge of the whole process of parts processing; Strengthen process analysis and learn to gradually realize phased process analysis. Only in this way can we operate independently, practice more and practice more, and give full play to our subjective initiative. This internship is mainly based on traditional processing technology, supplemented by new technologies and new processes, which broadens our horizons and enables us to understand new processing technologies. Metalworking practice gave me the following experience:
Through this internship, we learned about the production mode and technological process of modern machinery manufacturing industry. Familiar with the main molding methods and processing methods of engineering materials, the working principle and typical structure of the main equipment used, the use of fixtures and measuring tools and the safe operation technology. Understand the knowledge of mechanical manufacturing process and the application of new technology, new technology and new equipment in mechanical manufacturing.
(2) Master the main forming and processing methods of engineering materials, and have preliminary independent operation skills.
③ In the process of understanding, being familiar with and mastering certain engineering basic knowledge and operation skills, we have cultivated, improved and strengthened our engineering practice ability, innovative consciousness and innovative ability.
④ We have cultivated and exercised our views on labor, quality and economy, strengthened our awareness of observing labor discipline, safety technical regulations and caring for state property, and improved our overall comprehensive quality.
Metalworking practice plays a comprehensive training role in cultivating our engineering quality and ability. It enables us not only to master the requirements of various types of work, but also to establish a relatively complete system concept, which requires us to learn the basic process knowledge of various types of work, understand the equipment principle and working process, strengthen the training of practical ability, and have the ability to analyze and solve simple process problems by using the learned process knowledge.
⑤ In the whole practice process, we have strict discipline requirements, formulated the rules for students' practice, strengthened the requirements of filling in the practice report, cleaning the machine tool site, and observing the safety operation rules of various types of work, which has played a good role in promoting the cultivation of students' comprehensive engineering quality.
⑥ The teacher of the training center announced the grading standards of our processed products to us, which made us have a clear understanding of our own product grading and played a certain role in improving our quality awareness. For our metalworking practice results, a comprehensive evaluation system is implemented, and the usual results+product quality results+comprehensive assessment results = total results. Let us take every job and every practice link seriously.
In the practice of various types of work, arrange some flexible time and practice content, so that students with strong hands-on ability have room to play.
During my internship, I was deeply touched. Thank you very much for providing us with this internship opportunity, so that we can experience the difficulty of studying engineering in advance and gain knowledge that we can't get in class and can't expect. Maybe we won't take this post in the future, but the knowledge and feelings we have learned now are unforgettable. It's dirty and tired, but it doesn't matter. The important thing is that we have achieved and achieved results.
During the internship, many teachers' dedication and rigorous spirit also made us admire. Teachers can take pains to help us find errors in the program over and over again. Some programs are particularly long, but the teacher doesn't care. As long as there is a little fault, we should find out and try our best to make the students' works more perfect. Some teachers will show students how to operate over and over again until the students really understand. This spirit is worth learning from each of us. I think metalworking practice is very meaningful and practical for myself. It has added a wonderful stroke to my college life. It brought me closer to the life of skilled workers, increased my professional knowledge and made me realize my strengths and weaknesses.
When we are employed two years later, the employment unit will not tell us the work to be done in detail like the teacher, but we need to observe and learn by ourselves. Without this ability, it is difficult to be competent for future challenges. With the rapid development of science and the wide application of new technologies, there will be many fields that we have never touched. Only by daring to try can we make a breakthrough and make innovations. Just like the lathe worker we contact, although it is very dangerous, it needs every student to operate and make finished products, so as to exercise everyone's courage to try. In addition, casting and seemingly simple disassembly require careful observation and repeated practice. If we fail, we will start all over again, which will cultivate our frustration and so on.
The experience of metalworking practice is universal. (2) Metalworking practice has both pain and happiness. "God wants to make a great appointment to Sri Lanka, so you must first suffer its heart, its bones and muscles, and its skin to become a great appointment!" This old saying is the best way to describe our metalworking training! After the training of lathe workers and locksmiths, we finally completed this metalworking training course that makes people happy and worried.
Now think about this unforgettable time in the past, only those who have experienced it personally can understand it. By studying various types of work, we have learned a lot about the principles and techniques of metalworking operation, and also mastered some operation skills and methods, as well as unfamiliar professional terms that used to sound so familiar but now sound so cordial! Although most of us will not engage in these jobs in the future, or even have the possibility of contact, the experience and feelings brought by metalworking training are priceless to each of us in our work, study and life. The role and influence of metalworking training, some things you may not feel its value now, but they will eventually, everyone has such a process!
Through four weeks of metalworking practice, I learned a lot of common sense and got mental exercise, which was both bitter and enjoyable. This is another precious wealth in my college life, which is bound to have a great impact on my future study and work.
Soon we will leave the campus, enter the society and face employment. I don't think employers will instruct us how to do it in detail like teachers, but we need to observe and learn by ourselves. Without this ability, it is difficult to be competent for future challenges. With the rapid development of science and the wide application of new technologies, there will be many fields that we have never touched. Only by daring to try can we make a breakthrough and make innovations. Just like mechanical processing and thermal processing, which we are exposed to, although dangerous, we need every student to operate and make finished products, so as to exercise everyone's courage to try. The metalworking practice around us brings us not only the operational skills that we have been exposed to, but also the ability that needs to be exercised through several types of work. What is more, we need each of us to feel and think according to our own situation after the training, which is the fundamental purpose of this training.
The students who practiced together also benefited me a lot. Without selfish help, we sincerely encourage each other to cheer and share the pressure of work and the joy brought by success. Metalworking training is more like a collective activity, which has narrowed the distance between us, filled the gap that once existed, and the charm of collectivism has been vividly displayed! There are few opportunities for classmates to get along with each other in college. Thanks to the metalworking internship for giving us such an opportunity. Such activities are worth learning by the education department.
In just four weeks, we spent a whole week training. Although we didn't learn much knowledge, this time we realized that there are still many skills to learn and master. If we don't take part in this kind of training regularly, I'm afraid our college students will only be "an armchair strategist" in Zhao Kuo. Society needs talents, and society needs capable talents. In the new century, only by participating more in practice can Chinese universities ensure their position in the future social competition. I really appreciate the metalworking training. I want to do it again.
The experience of metalworking practice (3) In this internship, I came into contact with many types of work, such as casting, locksmith, lathe worker, welder and so on. I personally operated lathes and other production machinery, learned the basic usage and understood their principles. At the same time, I simply studied the processing technology, and finally made an imperfect but precious work for me.
As a sophomore, I think metalworking practice is even more practical than some of our subjects. Because when we leave the university to work, I believe that it is words and exercises that are more likely to deal with these production machines.
The purpose of this internship is not only to learn how to make a hammer, but also to exercise our practical ability, apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned to practice, and in turn test the correctness of the theory in the book. Combine your theoretical knowledge with practice, further consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge you have learned, learn to use the knowledge comprehensively, and cultivate your ability to find and solve problems.
This internship reminds me of the enterprise internship we will face next. Internship in enterprises can make us contact with society more widely, understand social needs, deepen our understanding of society and enhance our adaptability to society. We should integrate into the society, cultivate our practical ability and shorten the ideological and professional distance from a college student to a staff member. Lay a solid foundation for further stepping into society in the future.
Experience of metalworking practice (4) After nearly a semester of study and practice, our metalworking practice is finally over. In these ten weeks, we have learned a lot of knowledge that books can't. Look at our own innovative works, perhaps not as full of aesthetic feeling and artistic breath as imagined, but still full of our hard work and joy of struggle. At the moment when the metalworking internship tour is coming to an end, I want to say from the heart that we have had joys and sorrows in this unforgettable ten weeks.
First metalworking practice
As an engineering student in xx University of Technology, it is necessary to learn such an innovative practical course that integrates hands-on and brain. The school did its best to build a well-equipped metalworking practice base for us, which gave us a good place to play our talents and learn skills.
But to be honest, at first, we were still full of strangeness and unknowns about metalworking practice. After all, this is not exactly the same as sitting in the classroom and listening to the teacher. Metalworking practice has more hands-on practice than ordinary lectures and notes. If we personally operate steel machines, big or small, which can only appear in factories and technical schools, and let them listen to their own words at will and make standardized assessment documents, it is really beyond our usual "unsuspecting" college students. Besides, hammers, saws, planers and lathes used in metalworking practice are dangerous. In the first theoretical class, the teacher repeatedly stressed that the first requirement of metalworking practice is safety. The word security has also become the supreme truth that we have been obsessed with for some time. Safe operation is not only responsible for your own safety, but also for the safety of others, and it is also a necessary guarantee for the smooth production of qualified parts. Therefore, in actual production practice, we are adhering to such a principle. In the actual operation of each type of work, strictly follow the teacher's requirements and operate according to the specifications. For example, when welding, we always remind our companions next to us to code the mask. Before drilling, carefully check whether the drilling rig is installed tightly, wear work clothes and fasten the cuffs in each class, and female students wear hats when they participate in lathe work. Although these seemingly trivial details, but really fundamentally put an end to possible security risks, let us successfully and safely end the metalworking practice course. By extension, this also reminds us that we must pay attention to some details in our lives and not ignore the most basic requirements. Details determine success or failure, and it is also the premise for us to succeed in doing something. It is precisely for this reason that there is no accumulation, and there is no miles. On the other hand, metalworking practice has also taught us such a truth, which will make us go better and further in our later life.
Second, the happy metalworking practice class
Although at the beginning, I was inevitably full of doubts and puzzles about metalworking practice and doubted whether I could learn these practical skills well, when I really started these production studies, I listened to the teacher's inculcation, kindly reminded us of possible problems in operation, worked hard to complete my work and even innovated my own research according to the teacher's instruction and the requirements in the book, and gradually mastered the "key points" of metalworking practice. It is definitely impossible not to comply with the production operation specifications; But you can't be timid and afraid to practice. What we get on paper is superficial. We have all heard the story of Zhao Kuo. Therefore, we must do it ourselves, so that we can turn other people's things into our own skills, truly achieve the purpose of metalworking practice, and become a qualified engineering college student who "got the lathe and got the classroom".
I remember that we were milling workers in the first class. At first, we thought there was no difference between the machine tools in the whole workshop. Later, after the teacher's explanation, I found that all lathes have their own unique features, such as vertical and horizontal. It was also in this workshop that I cut out my first evaluation piece, a small iron block. Looking at this polished iron mill, I still have a feeling of joy.
After that, I also studied similar types of planers and lathes. There is also welding. There was always an unspeakable fear of welding. I feel that this high temperature and high pressure thing is in my hand and my eyes are so close. The operation must be very dangerous. I feel I have no confidence. After seeing the teacher's demonstration, everyone went to the welding table with trepidation, installed covered electrode on the machine with fear, put on masks, and tried to weld the riddled iron plate. Sure enough.
However, at first, everyone stuck the covered electrode firmly on the iron plate, so they all pulled it out in a panic. Later, I slowly groped for the spot welding that the teacher said, and realized the feeling reflected by the distance of 2mm, and gradually mastered the essentials. From the initial zigzag welding to the fish scale pattern mentioned by the teacher at last, I feel that I have gained a lot in just half a day.
The fitter should be the one who impressed the most. Fiddler is a big project, and it should be our most time-consuming project. Everyone's task is simple, that is, to make a day and a half of events into a small hammer. Seemingly simple things actually cost us a lot of effort. Take making a hammer as an example. First, the surface should be polished repeatedly with a file until it meets the standard size. This process alone took nearly an afternoon. Then use a circular file to make an arc that meets the requirements and grind out several chamfers. It takes time and energy to grind a seemingly short distance with your heart. At the end of the day, everyone has a backache and has been shouting tired. However, the final result is very good. After the heat treatment process, a bright little hammer is freshly baked, and the smile on everyone's face is the best portrayal.
Third, the process of innovative works.
After studying all the working procedures, we began to design innovative works. After repeated discussions in our group, everyone's opinions changed again and again. Finally, we decided to create a "street corner" work with the house as the main body, which is intended to reflect a harmonious and beautiful corner. It is our ideal to have a comfortable and stable living environment, especially in the current situation of high housing prices, not everyone can own their favorite house. We also want to embody such a beautiful wish through our own hands, hoping that everyone can have their own comfortable residence, happy life and bright future.
However, in the process of creation, there are still many problems. Some points and the connection between points and surfaces are very difficult. According to our original idea, covered electrode welding is neither beautiful nor realistic, and it is very difficult to operate. Fortunately, the teacher still gave us a lot of help and helped us make suggestions. Spot welding is clean where it can be welded, and the corners that cannot be welded are also overcome by punching and folding. In the last period of time, the weather gradually warmed up, and everyone was still full of energy and a clear division of labor. Some are responsible for computer design, others are responsible for hand-made cutting. Although there is still a lack of artistic beauty, we finished the task on time and basically showed the theme we originally wanted to express.
Fourth, summary.
The process of metalworking practice is full of hardships and happiness, but it is hard-won. The process of learning and making progress together is always worth remembering. Finally, thank the school for providing us with such a hands-on platform for our all-round development; Thanks to our instructors and all the teachers who helped and taught us, you really let us learn what we should have and expand our ability; At the same time, I would also like to thank my colleagues in the same group and other students who studied together. The days when we struggled together were unforgettable, and I believe these are also our precious spiritual wealth after work. In the future study and life, we should also maintain the spirit of hard work and innovation in metalworking practice, keep learning and making progress, and make due contributions to the country!
