China Youshi University has a very unique position in the field of education. It is an important base for cultivating high-level talents such as petroleum and petrochemical, and is known as "the cradle of petroleum technology and management talents". (1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or an academic degree certification certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before entering the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.

(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.

(3) Those who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below) or above, as well as undergraduate graduates who have obtained the diploma recognized by the state, who meet the specific academic requirements of our school, shall register for the examination as undergraduate graduates with the same academic qualifications.

1. A person who signs up for the entrance examination for postgraduate students majoring in law (illegal) must meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements of article (1).

(2) The major studied before entering the examination is non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught formal law major are not allowed to enter the examination).
