Yiwu Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce (Yiwu Industry and Commerce &; Business school), referred to as "YWICC", is located in Yiwu, Zhejiang. It is a full-time general higher vocational college organized by Yiwu Municipal People's Government, a national innovation and entrepreneurship base for practical education in colleges and universities, a national cross-border electronic commerce talent training demonstration school, a construction unit of high-level vocational schools in Zhejiang Province, a high-quality vocational college in Zhejiang Province, a pilot college for the construction of entrepreneurial universities in Zhejiang Province, and a demonstration base for innovation and entrepreneurship in Zhejiang Province.

Yiwu Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce was founded by Hangzhou University and Yiwu Municipal People's Government on 1993. 1997, Yiwu Business School was established;

1999, established Yiwu Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce on the basis of Hangzhou University Yiwu Branch and Yiwu Business School; In 2000, the school was transformed into a private school; In 2002, it resumed its public nature and formally established Yiwu Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce.

As of August, 20021year, the school covers an area of 1000 mu, with a building area of 3 13900 square meters. There are 9 secondary colleges and 33 enrollment majors. There are 6 18 teachers and more than 2,000 students. There are more than 700,000 paper books and more than 300,000 e-books in the collection.
