When you don't know much and want to find out a certain situation or event, you must investigate and write the laws and experiences you have explored into the investigation report. So how should the investigation report be written? The following is a survey report on the employment situation of students compiled by me, which is for your reference only and I hope it will help you.

Investigation and analysis of verbs (abbreviation of verb)
Judging from the survey results, the proportion of enterprise types we investigated is as follows:
Other enterprises and institutions
The education background, gender, professional title, working years, major and other proportions of accounting personnel are as follows:
(1) From the table, college education accounts for a large proportion, followed by undergraduate education. This shows that the requirements of accounting major for academic qualifications are relatively low. College students are relatively competitive in this field. Judging from the ratio of men to women, the ratio of men to women is 2:3. It can be seen that women account for half of the country. However, men are more responsible for accounting, and women are more responsible for cashiers and chief accountants. From the perspective of working years, few people work as cashiers, and the proportion is 2-3 years, followed by 3-5 years. Among them, the longer the accounting period, the higher the post level. This confirms the saying that "the older an accountant is, the more popular he is". In terms of professional titles, there are more general accountants and junior professional titles, followed by intermediate ones, and less advanced and notes, reflecting the lack of high-end top talents and experienced talents in today's society. In addition, as can be seen from Table 5, the accounting major is still a relatively corresponding major, and 60% of the surveyed accountants were all accounting majors before. So students are more likely to engage in accounting in the future.
(2) In the survey, the application of accounting business processing ability by accountants in practical work is extremely prominent, while other economic business processing ability, tax business processing ability, statistical analysis ability and auditing ability are relatively few. Their application proportions are shown in the following figure:
(3) When asked about the position of accounting in departmental economic management activities in the questionnaire, many people ticked the more important item, indicating that our accountants should also have the ability to analyze the economic situation and make economic decisions. In addition, 45% people think the accounting industry has a bright future, 15% people think it has no future, 13% people think it has no future, and 20% people think it varies from person to person. 10% thinks it is very promising. Regarding the stability of accounting work, 55% people think that the stability of accounting work is generally stable, 15% people think it is unstable, and 30% people think it varies from person to person.
(4) Through the exchange of accounting personnel, they think that professional knowledge and professional ethics are more important in the basic requirements of holding a post, followed by professional qualification certificate and honest, trustworthy, objective and fair attitude, which shows that most accounting practitioners now have professional ethics and professional knowledge. The following is a summary of the accounting knowledge structure.
Investigation report on students' employment 2. Ideal is a street lamp, which is the cornerstone of life. Life is motivated by ideals and exciting by ideals. A man without an ideal is like a walking corpse, and such a man is just a shell, doing nothing all his life. This is a great tragedy of life. Students in universities are more ambitious. Who doesn't want to do something vigorous, who doesn't want to be the darling of an all-round era. Today's college students are full of passion and vision and build their own blueprint for the future. We investigated the employment prospects of 50 college students, and the results are as follows:
First, the development space and salary
The survey shows that 8% people choose 1000 yuan, 4 1% people choose 10002000, 30% people choose 20003000, and 2 1% people choose more than 3000.
It can be seen that when asked about the expected salary in the first year, most people choose 1000~2000 yuan. Some people say that the key to not paying attention to the first year's salary is the second and third years. It seems that everyone is generally concerned about their own development space. When applying for a job, you should know what you value, what you want and how to develop in the future. When there is a contradiction between personal development prospects and treatment, everyone's choice will be different. Obviously, for college students, salary is not the most important factor. Rational treatment of salary is the correct attitude. Focusing on high salary affects work performance, and accumulating experience is the first.
Second, about where to go after graduation.
The survey shows that 63% people choose to work in coastal open cities, 13% people choose to go back to their hometown, 12% people go to provincial capitals in the mainland, 7% people choose to develop abroad, and 5% people choose to work in remote/northwest/rural areas.
It can be seen that many college students still think that only by staying in coastal open cities can they give full play to their talents and specialties. Moreover, as can be seen from the data, contemporary college students still lack hard work and dedication, and the economic development in remote areas is backward. Many college students pursue material treatment and regional conditions and are willing to stay in big cities for development.
Third, do you want a high salary or a hobby?
According to the survey, 46% people are interested in jobs related to their major, 36% people consider personal hobbies, and 18% people only consider money.
No matter what job you like, it will be boring. Any job is the same, especially when you first join the work. Don't take work as a career. Work is just a means to make a living, so more people will choose a career related to their major. Only with some experience can you have a career. Of course, it is also possible that some people have only jobs and no careers all their lives. Most people also think hobbies are very important. Only what you like to do can you devote yourself wholeheartedly and do well, and it is possible to do what you are good at and create a world.
Fourthly, the confidence of college students in their employment prospects.
According to the survey, 20% of college students think that the employment prospects are broad, 56% think that the employment prospects are acceptable, 1 1% think that it is useless to consider this issue now, and 13% say that they don't know.
Self-trust is the first secret of success. In the process of considering their employment prospects, confidence not only brings courage and strength to college students, but also gives employers a sense of identity from the momentum. If you want to keep firm confidence in the process of choosing a job, you must first believe in your own ability and competence. Secondly, we should give full play to our own advantages and foster strengths and avoid weaknesses. We should grasp our own characteristics, give play to our own advantages and try to avoid our own shortcomings. Only in this way can you take the initiative in the job competition. The third is to have a cavity to impress the enthusiasm of the employer. I want to give people the impression that I love my life and career.
Investigation report on students' employment 3. Choose entrepreneurial projects carefully.
It is very important to choose what kind of entrepreneurial project. We should choose non-traditional industries with development prospects, low input and high income, and not fierce competition. At present and in the future, all three industries have development prospects. First, the Internet has great development prospects in the future, especially e-commerce. Second, the rural market has great room for development. Imagine, if rural households spend 1000 yuan more each year, how much GDP growth can they boost? Third, the prospect of new energy is still broad. At present, the traditional energy is disposable, which has caused serious environmental pollution. New energy not only creates value for society, but also does not damage the environment.
Second, choose the project and don't abandon the major.
It is best for college students not to choose to open restaurants or sell vegetables when starting a business. Ordinary junior high school students and high school students are capable, even better than you. Don't compete with them for jobs. After studying in the university for three or four years, I have acquired systematic professional knowledge and chosen projects related to my major, which middle school students do not have. Doing some projects that ordinary people can do without their major is a waste of the knowledge they have learned in college for three or four years. In the process of starting a business, college students should fully combine professional elements and give full play to their specialties. What they need is the so-called "know yourself and know yourself, and fight every battle."
Third, advocate working before starting a business.
When giving lectures to college students, when asked what is the most important thing in starting a business, most people answer "money". This statement is wrong. College students should have three conditions for starting a business. First, experience and ability, second, network resources, and third, funds. Personal experience and ability are the first and most important. Without experience, ideas are easy to fail. Even if others give you financial support, you will still pay the bill. What do college students rely on to accumulate experience and improve their ability? Go to work. While working, accumulate experience and improve your ability. At the same time, you can meet some people who are better than you, increase some contacts, and lay a good foundation for starting a business in the future.
Fourth, pay attention to the accumulation of personal relationships.
In this society, people do everything, so the accumulation of personal relationships is very important. Networking is the ticket to wealth and success. Without connections, you can't offer shares. Expand your network, know more people who are stronger than you and richer than you. When you find someone else to invest in you, the rich people who recognize you will also invest in you. This is the embodiment of the role of personal relationships. You have the ability and experience, the projects you choose are also very good, and you have met rich people who recognize you. People will naturally invest in you.
Fifth, entrepreneurial innovation.
What college students need most is new thinking and new ideas. College students should not do business in traditional industries, nor should they do so. They should make their own career plans and see what advantages they and others have. If you find that you have a stronger feature than others, such as financial advantages, you can work in an accounting firm during the summer vacation, even if you don't need money, you can supplement your financial knowledge. It should not be a problem to find a financial job after graduation. How do college students innovate? We should create a new model according to the existing situation and our own ideas.
Sixth, actively raise other liabilities.
How do college students "find money" when starting a business? It is not good for ordinary college students to borrow money from family and friends. Because you are under great psychological pressure after debt, you are impulsive, and the result of impulsiveness is a high failure rate, which is not suitable for starting a business. Issuing stocks is the best way. In addition to looking for funds, if he shares, he will help you in the same boat, help you get things done, borrow money himself, and others will not care about you. How to go to public offering? Look at the opportunity. First, find someone who is better than you, better than you and has the money to invest in you. He only invests money and doesn't care about anything, then waits for dividends, and then you find several partners to work together. Second, find a rich man to invest, he is more capable than you, give you investment, and you will do it together.
In short, the state has now issued a series of preferential policies to encourage college students to start businesses, which undoubtedly paved a "green channel" for college students to start businesses. From reducing or exempting some fees to providing "one-stop" services such as entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship guidance and follow-up support for consulting services, college students have received all-round help and support. In addition, college students have different preferential policies for starting businesses in different places. It can be said that although entrepreneurship is much firmer than employment, this road is much clearer than employment. "Making big money or making small money depends on your strategy".
