1. If you want to leave your household registration in the school, you need to submit a written application (the application form is attached), and the college will submit the application form together with the graduate household registration questionnaire to the security office.
2. Graduates can stay in school for two years. After the expiration of two years, they will move back to their hometown. During the retention period, the account will not be lent out, the household registration certificate will not be issued, and the police station will not apply for an identity card. If you sign a contract with your work unit during the application period, you can go through the transfer formalities with the employment registration certificate and the acceptance certificate of the employer, diploma and copy of your ID card.
Second, the materials that need to be prepared for account migration
1. Household registration moved to the place of origin: with a copy of graduation certificate and my ID card.
2. Move the registered permanent residence into the work unit: move in with the employment registration certificate of the work unit, a copy of the graduation certificate and a copy of my ID card.
3. Establishment of civil servants (including institutions): Relocation shall be carried out with the employment announcement of civil servants or institutions and stamped with the seal, copy of graduation certificate and copy of my ID card.
4. Join the army: go through the relevant formalities with the notice of joining the army or the copy of employment registration certificate and graduation certificate.
5. Going to school: with the admission notice, a copy of the diploma and a copy of my ID card. (including graduate students admitted to our school) 6. Drop-out and expulsion: the ID card issued by the Student Affairs Office shall be used for moving out.
Third, matters needing attention
1, where the work unit or school belongs to Urumqi household registration, first move the household registration back to the original household registration place, and the unit police station will handle the settlement. (including graduate students admitted to our school)
2. If the original household registration is changed, you need to hold the "Household Registration Certificate" issued by the local police station.

Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the household registration authority, he or the head of the household shall declare to the household registration authority for moving out before moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.
Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.
Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
Article 13 When citizens move, they shall report to the household registration authority for registration of household registration, and the city shall submit the certificate of household registration within three days and the countryside within ten days.
Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:
1. Soldiers who are demobilized, transferred to other jobs or discharged from the army shall be certified by the military service organs at the county or city level or by the military organs at or above the regiment level;
2. Overseas Chinese and returned students should show their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China;
