? It's time to sum up the year and plan for the coming year. I worked as an intern in college psychology for five and a half years, and my mind, body, family and work have all changed greatly. I want to thank Teacher Xiaodong, Teacher Ruoxi, my wife Mei Zi and other fellow initiates who supported me on the way.

202 1 abstract:

First, insist on meditating for an average of three hours a day, plus primary and intermediate meditation time, and this goal has been achieved.

Secondly, since May, I have been practicing Tai Ji Chuan for one hour every day according to my teacher's requirements.

Third, I participated in six primary school classes, and a study tour group in Xi did not finish school because of the epidemic.

Take part in three intermediate classes and a special Tai Ji Chuan class.

5. Participate in the activities of the Society for many times and actively recommend starfish.

After a year's practice, I feel quieter, healthier, more efficient, more comfortable in communicating with others, and keep a state of compassion and joy in my life for a longer time. Happiness is richer.

Goals for 2022:

Meditate for three hours every day.

Second, practice Tai Ji Chuan for two hours every day.

Three, to participate in more than six elementary classes.

Four, to participate in more than two intermediate classes and volunteer classes.

Five, recommend more than six new students to join the classroom.

6. Take part in a collective college class once a week.

Seven, every night to participate in Tai Chi * * * more than three times to repair the ball.
