College students who plan to join the army need to go to the national recruitment network to conduct military service registration first, which is a legal obligation of citizens. Only registered college students can apply online. The annual military service registration time is 1 to 1 to June 30th.
The first stage: after graduating from high school, college students join the army.
After the college entrance examination, I got the university admission notice, and then I went to the university to keep my student status and went directly to the army. The enlistment time may be earlier than the start of school. Because of the age advantage, the army's physical fitness has improved rapidly, so it is easier to get excellent college recruits in the military subject assessment. At this stage, college students can enjoy preferential policies related to joining the army, such as tuition compensation, exemption from exams, special plans for postgraduate entrance examination, and relaxation of professional adjustment.
The second stage: I joined the army in the first semester of my freshman year.
After one year in college, I have a general understanding of the development prospects of my major, and the direction after going to the army is more clear. In this case, the probability of being admitted to a military school in the army is relatively high. Similarly, I went to the army when I was a freshman, but I didn't get into the military school. I can return to school after I leave the army.
The third stage: direct enlistment is preferred when you graduate from college and become a soldier.
There are two ways to join the army directly, one is to recruit officers directly. Directly recruited officers require that undergraduate students should not be over 24 years old, master students should not be over 29 years old, and doctors should not be over 34 years old until June 30 of the graduation year.
