How much is it for Taizhou College of Nanjing Normal University to run the Internet in school for a month? Is the internet speed good? Can four people in the dormitory use the router?

When I was a sophomore, there was a mobile wireless network here, 70 hours in 30 yuan and 0/20 hours in 50 yuan/KLOC, and the network speed was ok.

Sometimes I get disconnected and can play games.
