The school has two campuses, Xicheng and Daxing, with a beautiful campus of nearly 1,000 mu. Xicheng campus covers an area of 167 mu, Daxing campus covers an area of 752 mu, with a total construction area of 490,200 square meters.

The school library has a paper collection of1190,000 volumes, online reading of190,000 volumes, and 63 large-scale open electronic literature databases. China Architectural Library, a relatively complete university in China, is jointly established with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

There are 14 master's authorization points for first-level disciplines, 1 for interdisciplinary disciplines and 12 master's authorization points for professional degree categories. It has three advanced disciplines (architecture, civil engineering, surveying and mapping science and technology) in Beijing universities. The advantages and characteristics of engineering are further highlighted. All engineering disciplines ranked C and above, 70% ranked B, and "Engineering" and "Environment/Ecology" successively entered the top of ESI global rankings 1%.
