The school was founded by a group of Wenzhou entrepreneurs who are enthusiastic about public welfare education, such as Mr. Zhou Xingzeng. It was formally established in April 2000 and approved as Shanghai Jianqiao Vocational and Technical College in April 2006 by 5438+0. In September, 2005, it became a full-time ordinary college with undergraduate education as the main part, and was renamed as "Shanghai Jianqiao College". In September 2006, the first batch of undergraduates reported for admission.
