Graduate department of Harbin Institute of Technology is the administrative organ directly under Harbin Institute of Technology. It is responsible for implementing the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the education authorities and graduate schools on degree and postgraduate work, formulating the development plan of postgraduate education in Weihai Campus, and implementing the normative and guiding documents of postgraduate education.
