Innovative research results:
1. It was found that lycorine, a natural anticancer lead compound, had obvious anti-leukemia effect, and the key target molecule of lycorine-induced apoptosis of leukemia cells was determined. It provides new clues and evidence for further development of new anti-leukemia drugs, and has original innovation and practical application value.
2. Elaborated the fine expression changes of membrane proteins in the process of erythropoiesis, and found and identified the unique molecular markers in the process of erythropoiesis, differentiation and development, which provided a new strategy for studying the diagnosis and treatment of hematopoietic development and hematopoietic disorders.
