Do retired soldiers have special public welfare posts?
The special public welfare post for retired soldiers refers to the post developed and provided by government agencies and institutions that meet the conditions stipulated in Luban Power Generation (2017) No.44 document.

Scope of public welfare post placement:

20 17 20 12 Retired soldiers registered in the civil affairs department from May to June 30th, who have not received one-time self-employment economic subsidies, are willing to work in public welfare special posts, have the ability to work within the legal working age (except those who have received pension subsidies) and meet one of the following conditions:

The government has placed the receiving unit, but failed to receive the letter of introduction for personal reasons, or the receiving unit has arranged work and is not on duty for personal reasons;

20 17 Persons who have been placed in their posts for reasons other than their own reasons and have not terminated their labor contracts, and have gone through the formalities of dissolving their labor relations with the enterprise according to law;

Persons who have terminated their labor relations and lost their jobs due to bankruptcy or restructuring of their units.
