Yes, you can. From the original school, you need to come to the student registration information table to find a new school that agrees to accept. The new school's application for transfer on the national student status online shall be examined and approved by the Education Bureau where the new school is located. After the inspection by the Ministry of Education, with the approval of the original school and the Education Bureau where the original school is located, the new school will be put on file and the transfer will be completed.

The whole process can generally be completed within two months. It will be much faster without transferring from other provinces and the Ministry of Education.

College students transfer reference:

1. Students can apply for changing majors according to the regulations of the school. It is approved by the school that students change majors.
