Starting from grade 20 10, the Korean side will issue a diploma (that is, a domestic diploma, a degree certified by the Ministry of Education) and a degree certificate issued by the Korean side upon graduation. Both certificates are certified by the Ministry of Education, so they are the same as domestic dual-certificate graduate students. Before grade 20 10, Normal University gave an on-the-job postgraduate degree certificate, which was not as highly recognized as it is now.
