Binzhou university (binzhou university for short) is a full-time undergraduate college sponsored by Shandong Provincial People's Government and approved by the Ministry of Education. It is a first-class engineering construction unit awarded a master's degree in Shandong Province, located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. Li Changhai, the current Party Secretary. The school motto is "Mingde, Sydney, Rixin and Zhiyuan".

As of June 2022, the school covers an area of 1, 3 1.3 million square meters, with full-time teachers 1 .654,38+0.26 students, secondary colleges1person, 3 directly affiliated scientific research institutions, 2 master's programs and 6 undergraduate majors. A discipline system with coordinated development of literature, science, engineering, economics, management, teaching and literature with distinctive aviation and regional characteristics includes 1 national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites and 12 provincial first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites.

The predecessor of the school is Beizhen Teachers College, which was founded in 1954. 1958 was upgraded to Beizhen Teachers College and began to hold specialized education. 1983 was renamed Binzhou teachers college, and was transformed into binzhou university with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2004.

By the end of 2022, it ranked 345th in the "China University Ranking (Main List) in 2022".
