The examination uses sign language and oral language as communication means, and provides interpretation services between hearing-impaired people and healthy people. Main work: providing services for deaf people to translate spoken language into sign language; Providing services for deaf people to translate sign language into spoken language; Communicate directly with deaf people in sign language. The examination is divided into three levels: assistant sign language translation, sign language translation and advanced sign language translation.
Apply for qualification
Meet one of the following conditions:
1 People with high school education or above can apply for the five-level (primary) professional qualification appraisal of sign language translation.
Those who hold the five-level (primary) professional qualification certificate of sign language translation 1 year or above can sign up for the four-level (intermediate) professional qualification appraisal of sign language translation; Those who hold the professional qualification certificate of sign language translation above Grade 4 (intermediate level) must hold the certificate for more than two years before they can participate in the professional qualification appraisal of sign language translation at a higher level.
Those who have no five-level (junior) professional qualification certificate of sign language translation, but have worked in the sign language translation post for five years or more and have a high school education level can directly apply for the four-level (intermediate) professional qualification appraisal of sign language translation (valid proof of the labor department of the employing unit or proof of the unit with official seal must be provided), and those who have achieved "good" or above results in the four-level (intermediate) professional qualification appraisal of sign language translation can directly apply to participate in the three-level (advanced) professional qualification appraisal of sign language translation.
Workers who hold graduation certificates from institutions of higher learning (including universities, junior colleges and higher vocational colleges), who are engaged in sign language translation or who have experience in sign language translation (valid proof of the labor department of the employing unit or proof of the official seal of the unit must be provided) can directly apply for the four-level (intermediate) professional qualification appraisal and the three-level (advanced) module appraisal of sign language translation, and those who have worked in the sign language translation post for two years or more can directly apply for the three-level (advanced) professional qualification of sign language translation.

When registering for 1, you must bring your diploma (or student ID card), a copy of 1 ID card and four 2-inch color photos.
2 charging standard. (1) assistant sign language interpreter, registration fee 10 yuan, certification fee 130 yuan, examination fee 200 yuan, a total of 340 yuan; (2) Sign language translation, registration fee 10 yuan, certification fee 160 yuan, examination fee 240 yuan, and paper review fee 200 yuan, totaling 6 10 yuan; (3) Advanced sign language translation, registration fee 10 yuan, certification fee 260 yuan, examination fee 400 yuan, thesis guidance and defense fee 700 yuan, totaling 1370 yuan.
3 training materials. Sign Language Commonly Used in Social Work, Peking University Publishing House; Practical Conversation of Chinese Sign Language, Zhengzhou University Press; Chinese Sign Language Computer Sign Language, Huaxia Publishing House; International sign language research center.
4 exam time. There are four unified examinations every year, which are in April, June, 65438+ 10 and 65438+February. The date, place and method of the specific examination shall be notified separately by the examination institution or training institution where the candidate is located.
5 issuer. Those who pass the vocational skill appraisal and certification examination will be awarded the registered vocational qualification certificate stamped with the special seal of the National Vocational Qualification Certification Center (JYPC).
Examination rules
1 Basic knowledge of Chinese sign language.
2 Chinese finger letter scheme, graphic symbol interpretation of gestures, Chinese finger letter diagram and common finger imitation gestures.
On the basis of mastering 2 164 sign language words and 228 simple sentences in the Experimental Textbook of Chinese Sign Language for Elementary and Intermediate Students, I have mastered 480 commonly used new sign language words and 29 short articles skillfully and naturally.

-Level 5 sign language translation (one of the following conditions):
(1) Engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
(2) After formal training in five-level sign language translation, they have reached the required standard class hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
-Level 4 sign language translation (one of the following conditions):
(1) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years continuously.
(2) Obtain the graduation certificate of this major (related major) of the vocational school above the intermediate level recognized by the administrative department of labor and social security for the purpose of cultivating intermediate skills.
(3) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years continuously after obtaining the five-level sign language translation qualification certificate.
(4) After obtaining the five-level sign language translation qualification certificate, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than four years continuously, accepted the standard hours of formal training for four-level sign language translation, and obtained the certificate of completion.
-Sign language interpretation (one of the following conditions):
(1) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 7 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of Level 4 sign language interpreter.
(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of level 4 sign language translation, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the standard class hours of level 3 sign language translation, and obtained the certificate of completion.
(3) Obtain the graduation certificate of this major (related major) from a senior technical school or higher vocational school approved by the administrative department of labor and social security for the purpose of cultivating advanced skills.
(4) Graduates of this major or related majors who have obtained the qualification certificate of Level 4 sign language translation have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
-Sign Language Translation Level 2 (one of the following conditions):
(1) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 8 years after obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of sign language translation.
(2) After obtaining the third-level sign language translation qualification certificate, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 5 years continuously, and has reached the standard number of hours after the second-level sign language translation training, and has obtained a certificate of completion.
(3) Senior technical school graduates who have obtained the third-class professional qualification certificate of sign language translation have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
