Due to some problems in student ID card management and social education, it is difficult to sell student tickets accurately. In order to solve this problem, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
(1) The "ordinary colleges and universities" in the guest regulations refer to those schools that are included in the national unified enrollment plan, enroll students through unified examinations, and have academic qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education.
(2) The student ticket is only valid during the following winter vacation 65438+February1-March 3 1 and summer vacation1-September 30, and no student ticket is provided at other times. The sale scope of student tickets is limited to ordinary hard seat tickets, ordinary hard sleeper tickets and second-class EMU (75% discount). Soft seats (sleepers) and first-class EMUs do not provide student tickets.
(3) Student tickets should be sold in strict accordance with the prescribed time limit, and the departure and arrival of tickets cannot be changed, nor can tickets be purchased in sections.
(4) When new graduates buy student tickets, they must rely on the written certificate of the school, not the dispatch card.
(5) Student tickets shall not be sold for student internships, summer camps or other social practice activities.
