He used to be the vice president of China District, uob, Singapore: the chief representative and executive director of BNP Paribas Peregrine Limited Shanghai Representative Office, and the chief representative, director and general manager of Roach China Holdings Limited Beijing Representative Office. He is currently a member of the Global Executive Committee of Lochiel Financial Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd., the chairman of Greater China, and an independent director of the Company. Ms. Yu Liping has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, and has rich experience in domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions of large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in China.
