Tianjin Vocational College was founded in 1978, formerly known as the Second Branch of Nankai University and the Chemical Branch of Tianjin University. It is one of the earliest institutions in China to hold higher vocational education, one of the first batch of 28 national demonstration higher vocational colleges, and was selected as the A-file construction unit of high-level colleges in 20 19. Sixth school enrollment should strictly implement the provisions of the Ministry of Education, and consciously accept the supervision of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) admissions committees, discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and the community.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Charging Standards
Article 7 According to the social needs, development plans and conditions for running a school, on the basis of the number of enrollment plans by province over the years, combined with the situation of students in various places and the employment situation of graduates in recent years, the school has compiled the enrollment plans by province and specialty in 2022. In the process of enrollment, with the consent of the school enrollment leading group and the approval of the higher authorities, the enrollment plans of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with good students, sufficient volunteers and high admission scores are appropriately adjusted. The enrollment plan of our school is divided into provinces and majors, and the elective subjects and related application requirements of each major are released to the public by the provincial admissions department.

Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 9 The enrollment of Tianjin Vocational College follows the principles of fair competition, open selection and open procedures. The implementation of the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) Admissions Committee to develop the enrollment policy and articles of association published; Taking candidates' volunteers and college entrance examination results as the main admission basis, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission (the art category is subject to the provisions of Article 14).
Article 10 The principle of voluntary provinces in sequence shall be applied to colleges and universities, and the principle of voluntary priority shall be adopted for admission, that is, according to the voluntary order of colleges and universities reported by candidates, the candidates who apply for our school as the first choice shall be admitted from high score to low score, and only when the number of candidates who apply for our school as the first choice in the same batch of minimum control lines published by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) is less than the enrollment plan, will they be admitted as the candidates who apply for our school as the second choice, and so on. The implementation of parallel volunteer Province shall be subject to the admission rules stipulated by the local provincial admissions department.
Eleventh professional volunteer admission follows the principle of "score first", and there is no grade difference in professional volunteers. Candidates who enter the filing line up from high score to low score according to the filing score, and are admitted in turn according to the professional volunteer order reported by the candidates. If the candidate's score does not reach the first professional volunteer admission score, that is, whether it reaches the second professional volunteer admission score, and so on until the last professional volunteer. In the case that the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not admitted, those who are subject to professional adjustment can be transferred to unfinished majors; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. General majors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region adopt the admission rule of "queuing up for admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1", while arts (fine arts) majors adopt the admission rule of "clearing professional volunteers".
Computer enrollment is mainly in large categories, including cloud computing technology application, software technology and computer application technology. Chemical technology enrolls students according to major categories, including applied chemical technology, analytical testing technology and chemical equipment technology.
The admission of twelfth policy plus candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the competent department of admissions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the candidates are located.

If there is no specific sorting rule for the same score in each province, the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are compared in turn, and the higher score is preferred; For Tianjin, Shanghai, Beijing and other pilot provinces of college entrance examination reform, the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are compared in turn, and those with higher scores are given priority. (If the admission documents at the provincial level require the same admission rules, the relevant provisions shall prevail. )
Article 14 Admission rules for arts (fine arts): According to the requirements of the admissions authorities of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), on the basis that the candidates' cultural achievements in the college entrance examination have reached the control line of arts (fine arts) majors in this province (autonomous regions and municipalities) and their scores in the joint or unified examinations have passed, they will be admitted according to the admission principles of arts (fine arts) majors in the admissions authorities of this province (autonomous regions and municipalities). Candidates in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in charge of enrollment art (fine arts) major without clear admission requirements, according to the college entrance examination cultural achievements (including policy points) and professional entrance examination or unified examination results and admission. If there are candidates with the same score, priority will be given to those with higher scores in professional courses. If the scores of professional courses are still the same, the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in cultural courses will be compared in turn, from high score to low score.
Fifteenth our school in the implementation of the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination pilot provinces and cities enrollment work, in accordance with the reform plan and related measures announced by the provinces and cities, need to meet the requirements of our school's corresponding majors (categories).

Article 17 The students enrolled in Tianjin's "Connecting Secondary and Higher Vocational Schools to Cultivate Skilled Talents" project shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement signed between higher vocational schools and secondary vocational schools.
Article 18 With regard to the health requirements for admission majors, the relevant requirements such as Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the former Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing Physical Examination Items for Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers shall be implemented.
Nineteenth public foreign language courses for non-English majors in schools are all in English, and candidates in minority languages should fill them out carefully.

Chapter V Follow-up Management
Twenty-first freshmen should go through the admission formalities according to the relevant requirements and time limit stipulated by the school with the admission notice and ID card. According to the national policy, freshmen who are enlisted in the army should apply for retaining their admission qualifications within the time specified by the school. Those who cannot arrive at school on time for some reason should ask for leave from school. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. Twenty-second schools conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of new students at the time of registration, and go through the admission procedures if they pass the examination; After examination, it is found that the admission notice, candidate information and other supporting materials of freshmen are inconsistent with my actual situation, or there are other situations that violate the provisions of the national entrance examination, and the admission qualification is cancelled. After the new students enter the school, the school will conduct a comprehensive audit in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within 3 months. If students are found to be fraudulent or engage in malpractices for personal gain during the review, they will be determined to be unqualified in the review and their admission qualifications will be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, it will be handed over to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.
Article 23 The school shall be managed according to the rules and regulations such as the Measures for the Administration of Student Status of Tianjin Vocational College, the Measures for the Incentive of Students of Tianjin Vocational College and the Measures for the Punishment of Students of Tianjin Vocational College. Cultivate students according to the professional talent training plan. Among them, the majors recruited by majors are trained by majors in the first academic year and by majors in the second academic year in combination with students' interests, specialties and other factors; The policy of changing majors is implemented in the Measures for the Administration of Students Changing Majors in Tianjin Vocational College.
Twenty-fourth schools have 30% scholarships and 20% grants. Article 28 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
