Domestic universities are very competitive, and studying abroad can provide many choices. So what are the conditions for studying in Australia and applying for a university? Let's see what the conditions are.

First, the conditions for undergraduate study in Australian universities

1, divided equally:

College entrance examination results: Australian universities can accept Chinese college entrance examination results to apply for undergraduate courses (except Mexican universities). Generally, the average score is required to be above 60%, and more than 80% can apply for G8 institutions in Australia.

High school grades: Students who have not taken the college entrance examination can apply with their three-year high school grades. If they want to apply for G8 colleges and universities, the average score should be above 80. For example, if they apply to the University of Melbourne, the average score must be at least 85 points.

Undergraduate scores: Undergraduate students can apply for Australian undergraduate courses with their freshman scores. When applying for G8 colleges and universities, the scores of students in 2 1 1/985 colleges and universities are relatively lower than those in double non-colleges and universities. The former needs 80 points, and the latter may need more than 85 points to be admitted.

2. Language: The total score of IELTS is at least 6.0. Eight-nation colleges generally require IELTS 6.5, and some majors such as education, medicine, law and translation require IELTS 7.0 or above.

3. Materials: including graduation certificate, transcripts, English scores, etc. The admission of students to Australian universities mainly depends on the institutional background and personal achievements. Except some colleges (such as Melbourne University) use PS as hard material, many colleges and majors do not need CV and PS. Second, master's study in Australian universities

1. education: bachelor's degree or equivalent recognized by the target institution, and some courses require honorary bachelor's degree or research degree.

2. Average score: Different institutions have different requirements for average score. Take the Eight Universities of Australia as an example, it is required that the average score of students in 2 1 1/985 colleges should be above 75, and the average score of students in both non-colleges should be above 80-85.

3. Major: Except for some liberal arts majors, most postgraduate courses in Australia require professional counterparts, such as engineering, science, finance, nursing and other fields.

4. Language: The total score of IELTS is 6.5, and the single item is not less than 6.0. Some majors, such as education, medicine, law, translation, etc., require the IELTS total score to reach 7.0 or even 7.5, and even more than 8.0 for individual items.

5. Others: materials such as recommendation letters, papers and professional qualification certificates of tutors are also needed; Applying for graduate students in business or management also requires work experience, some courses such as art may require interviews, and majors such as architecture and design need to provide portfolios.

Third, the application process for studying in Australia

Step 1: Apply online.

Log on to the official website application page of Australian schools, register a new account and fill in the application form. If you are a student, you'd better apply before the end of last semester.

Step 2: Submit the materials

According to the information that the school has the conditions to admit, provide the corresponding documents to the school to exempt the conditions. Different schools have different conditions, nothing more than language and GPA. Generally speaking, the documents that need to be prepared are transcripts, degree certificates and graduation certificates. A few schools need transcripts certified by the Ministry of Education. Step 3: Pay the fee.

Admission requirements:

Application conditions:

Undergraduate: high school graduates with excellent results in the college entrance examination, with IELTS score of 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in a single subject); Individual professional language requirements are relatively high.

6. Monash University

Application conditions:

Undergraduate course: High school graduates with excellent grades are required to have an IELTS score of 6.5 or above, with a single subject of not less than 6.0, and individual professional languages are highly required.

Application conditions:

Undergraduate course: high school graduates with excellent grades, IELTS 6 or above, and different majors have different requirements.
