12 colleges, namely, College of Political Science and Law, College of Literature, College of History, Culture and Social Development, College of Foreign Languages, College of Fine Arts, College of Communication, College of Information Science and Engineering, College of Management and Economics, College of Mathematical Science, College of Physics and Electronic Science, College of Population Resources and Environment, College of Physical Education and College of Physical Education, are located in Changqing Campus.

Changqing Lake Campus of Shandong Normal University is located in Jinan University Science Park, which is the largest campus with the largest area and the largest building scale.

The campus is adjacent to the scenic Shuanglong Mountain in the south, University Road in the north, Jingfu Expressway and beijing-shanghai railway in the east, and the central area of University Science Park in the west. Surrounded by Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway and Jihe Expressway, the national highways 104 and 220 have convenient transportation and developed information.
