Understand and master the situation of activists who request to join the Party, put forward the work plan for the development of party member by the General Branch, urge all branches to do a good job in the training, education and investigation of activists who join the Party and prepare for party member, and go through the relevant procedures for receiving new party member, preparing for party member and organizing party member.
4. Be responsible for meeting minutes and related paperwork of the General Branch Committee and General Branch general party membership meeting, collect membership dues, and then transfer to party member to organize relations, and pay special attention to the management of mobile party member.
5. Organize the activity of "Striving for Excellence", collect and sort out the exemplary deeds of party member and the Party branch, and put forward suggestions on praising and rewarding party member and the Party branch to the General Branch Committee.
6. If there is no general branch of the Security Committee, it is generally necessary to take charge of the security work of the general branch.
